A single-shot air rifle, sharpened for shooting 4.5 mm lead bullets. The model is equipped with a spring-piston mechanism and a system of platooning into the combat position with the help of a barrel break. It is necessary to reverse this procedure after each shot. Projectiles leave the rifle barrel with an initial velocity of flight of 330 m/s. In the design of the bed and the stock of the "Black Bear" from Beeman, impact-resistant plastic is used - it is afraid of strong temperature changes and high humidity, and is also less prone to cracks and chips.
To soften the recoil during firing and increase the stability of aiming, the rifle was equipped with a non-adjustable buttstock of a "honeycomb" structure. The Beeman Black Bear automatic safety is located in the upper part of the receiver. At the same time, the rifle acquired open sights with fiberglass threads. To install an external optical sight, the model has a dovetail bar of 11 mm with a stopper for reliable fixation of the optics.
